The Furies Ending Explained (Spoilers)

A woman is kidnapped and finds herself an unwilling participant in a deadly game where women are hunted by masked men.

In The Furies, Kayla and Maddie are attacked and knocked unconscious. While regaining consciousness, Kayla has a vision of being in surgery. When she wakes up, she discovers that all her personal belongings have been stolen (including medication for her epilepsy) and that she is now stranded in the middle of a forest. Here, she meets Alice and Sheena - two other women who have also been abducted. They tell her they are being hunted by evil people walking the forest. However, Sheena abandons them when Kayla experiences a seizure, worried that it will hold them back. During her episode, Kayla "sees" through the eyes of a black-masked killer named Rotface and witnesses him murdering Alice. When she recovers, she manages to run out of the forest but finds an electric fence blocking her escape.

Kayla begins to take notice of a lot of odd things. The women have all been given the title of "beauty" by their captors. Rotface never follows up on their intended victims and even intervenes when another killer - a man wearing a human skin suit called SkinCrow - is in the process of murdering someone. Later, when she is attacked by a killer wearing a pig mask called Pigface, his head explodes when SkinCrow kills another person. Kayla realizes that the killers make sure to check the faces of their victims before killing them. Through her ability to see using the killers' eyes, Kayla discovers that Maddie is also trapped in the forest, but one of the killers is hiding her.

At some point, Kayla will get back in touch with Sheena and another woman who was abducted along with her, named Rose. All three of them have tiny devices implanted in their eyeballs by their captors, which allows the captors to track their location at all times and also prevents them from leaving the vicinity of an electric fence. She realized they were part of some amusement set up by their captors. The women, known as the "Beauties," are paired with one of the murderers, also called a "Beast." If one of the Beauties is slain, it triggers the associated Beast's head to detonate (thus why Rotface, Kayla's Beast, shielded her, and Pigface's head blew up when SkinCrow murdered another woman).

Sheena concludes that her best chance of survival lies in killing the surviving women so their Beasts will also die. Kayla distracts Sheena long enough for Rotface to sneak up and kill her. Kayla then murders Rotface when he tries to assassinate Rose. The women find Maddie but are confronted by Maddie's bird-masked Beast named Owly. When Kayla has a seizure, Rose kills Maddie to make Owly's head explode. However, when Kayla recovers and realizes what happened, she's despondent and insults Rose for killing her friend. The two eventually part ways. Kayla uses a knife to remove her eye, fooling the game's hosts into thinking she is dead, and Rose has won. In reality, she manages to escape as the now-electronic fence can no longer imprison her without her eye.

The film's climax features Kayla capturing and torturing one of the men responsible for the game. She hallucinates that Maddie is still alive before ultimately killing the man and continuing her quest to hunt down those responsible.
