Blumhouse Productions’ horror anthology series Into the Dark, exclusive to Hulu, has released its trailer for its Halloween installment. ‘Uncanny Annie’ will premiere on the streaming service on October 4.

The nightmare begins when a group of friends get together to play a game of Uncanny Annie, a mysterious board game, on Halloween night. Like a twisted version of Jumanji, the game’s macabre intentions come to light, and the teens find themselves fighting to survive through their darkest fears to get to the end of the game.

Adelaide Kane, Paige McGhee, Jacques Colimon, Dylan Arnold, Evan Bittencourt and Georgie Flores have all been cast, according to Deadline. Paul Davis, known for ‘The Body’ segment of Patient Seven which he built on for an episode last year for Into the Dark, is set to direct. ‘Uncanny Annie’ is based on a script penned by brother duo James Bachelor and Alan Blake Bachelor.

Into the Dark features one feature-length episode per month, with each telling a tale of terror that coincides with the holiday of the month in which it premieres.
