If remote areas give you the willies, Off Season is going to make you squirm. A limited theatrical release for Robert Cole’s horror thriller is showing in ten U.S. cities March 16th, courtesy of Indican Pictures.
Lena (Jessica Cadden Osborne) makes a pitstop in Martha’s Vineyards on her way home. She happens across a farm where a family welcomes her with open arms, hiring her to help them work on the farm. As people around the farm begin to go missing, Lena begins to realize that what seemed like a harmless family is actually a dangerous - and deadly - cult.
The film will premiere in New York on March 15th. The first official theatrical showing begins March 16th at the Arena Cinema in Los Angeles, along with showings in Edgartown, MA and the Cape Ann Cinema in Gloucester. After that it will roll into other markets including NYC, Buffalo, Cleveland and other east coast cities. More theatrical showings will be announced following the limited release.
