Cult Favorite Tommy Wiseau is Making a Horror Movie - Watch the Trailer

Tommy Wiseau, known for his infamous debut film The Room, is working on a horror movie titled Big Shark. The news was announced during a Q & A at a screening of The Room.
A writer at FilmFlutter said that at the screening, a teaser trailer was introduced without explanation. Wiseau and friends are stuck in waterlogged streets when a shark, with animation that I can only imagine will rival Birdemic, appears ready to eat some human flesh. It ends with a shot of the shark biting the camera several times. Presumably the trailer was released to create some media buzz and perhaps find financiers, but Wiseau said they are going to start filming this year.
The Room is either the worst film ever made or the best film ever made, depending how you look at it; with hilariously bad writing and even worse acting and a truly bizarre and fascinating director and star in Wiseau, the 2003 film has achieved cult status over the years. James Franco even starred as Wiseau in The Disaster Artist, a film based on the making of The Room.
We think Big Shark has all the ingredients to be the next Sharknado. The trailer ends with a link to BigSharkMovie.com, but there’s no site at that web address. Classic Wiseau.
