Where You’re Next succeeds is that you as an audience member are never given a chance to get comfortable and settle into the movie.
Erin is an awesome and unstoppable badass who does the smart and strong thing throughout the entire movie. She fucking rules. I will not hear otherwise.
The whole film is essentially a nod to slasher films of the 70’s & 80’s and the propulsive soundtrack helps move the proceedings along very nicely indeed.
