For some, The Nun will work simply on its relentless determination to never let up on jump scares, which whether I like them or not apparently works on many.
The Nun didn’t manage to live up to our expectations. However, it is a very classic horror story. It just lacks the elegance we’ve come to expect from movies in The Conjuring universe. Still, you have to watch it!
The plotting throughout the film is a bit clunky, and the exposition is delivered rapidly and clumsily every time it needs to be told.
