First Look: Reel Monsters (2022) FIRST LOOK

Polonia does a swell job balancing the sense of danger and fun, so Reel Monsters really can be enjoyed by viewers of any age. While some of the acting isn’t the best, given the limited resources and most of the cast’s age, that is hardly a huge deal. Plus, the thing is entertaining and engaging, flaws and all.
There’s nothing in Reel Monsters that I can see really scaring most kids, or at least any that are used to watching television. Keep them entertained and in a bit of suspense maybe but it never really puts the main characters in much danger. And what little violence there is stays off-screen.
