Very impressive giallo. Very impressive film. Ardent Giallo fans will lap it up, it’s breezy, stunning and vicious in all the right places.
A giallo from Lamberto Bava should not be this weak. Going in blindly, even with my tempered expectations, the film was ultimately a disappointment on all fronts.
Fans of gore cinema may be disappointed at the minuscule amount of the old gooey stuff. Also the lack of any nudity will probably switch off exploitation buffs that have been spoilt over the years by the likes of The New York Ripper.
