Alas, It isn’t just a coming-of-age story; it’s also a movie about a killer clown. And while its revamped Pennywise has his moments his scenes often feel more distracting than essential.
While It focuses mostly on jump-scares, the movie also manages to tell an interesting story with actual characters.
