The film is essentially a body horror flick with small creatures but lacks any connection to the previous Silent Night, Deadly Night films. This one is well worth a shot.
For a series recognized for starring a “killer Santa”, the Silent Night, Deadly Night sequels are surprisingly lacking in killer Santa action.

It would be a stretch to say that you need to rush out and see it because it’s not breaking any new grounds, but it certainly deserves a watch and is a lot better than the two movies that came before it.
