This quarantine-era horror treat is a perfect encapsulation of this time in our society, but also works beyond that: Host is seriously a terrifying experience.
It’s a found footage movie along the lines of Unfriended and it is brilliant. Seriously, this is one of the best horror movies I’ve watched in a while.
While Host doesn’t exactly present a wholly original concept, its ghastly use of the Zoom medium to tell a demonic tale is wonderful.
