Grave Encounters 2 (2012)

Grave Encounters 2 starts off with a bunch of seemingly real YouTube reviews of Grave Encounters 1, with the general consensus being that it sucked and was obviously fake. One such bad review was uploaded by the student filmmaker who later leads the investigation to prove it was totally real. But first, we must endure shitty cell phone videos of college kids drinking, tea bagging each other, dancing with blow up sex dolls and passing out in women's clothes. Then once the hangovers wear off, it's back to business. The student filmmaker recruits his friends and they all break into the mental hospital and basically do the exact same things the original crew did in Grave Encounters 1. Only this time, they find a gigantic ouija board which they use to learn that the mysterious YouTube user was in fact the mental hospital ghost the whole time. Repeat: The YouTube user was the mental hospital ghost the whole time. The ghost was the one who somehow managed to learn that the footage recorded by the group of poor saps he killed a while back was discovered and was later turned into a movie, he found and watched a copy of that movie, figured out how to access the internet, opened a YouTube account, stumbled on an amateur vlogger who didn't like the movie but at the same time thought it was real, dug up private information on the original cast to help the vlogger figure out for himself it was real, so that the vlogger would make his way to the hospital to film another movie, so that the ghost and his supernatural cronies could haunt them. And no, I didn't just spoil the movie. That's just a taste of what you'll be dealing with if you choose to watch this sequel.
