Believe it or not, "Freddy Vs. Jason" is better than any of the other ten "Friday the 13th" movies, and places in the upper half of the previous seven-parted "Nightmare on Elm Street" series.
It’s been quite some time for either of these franchises, but this chaotic mashup has once again figured out an entertaining balance between violence and humor.
This one falls into the idea of getting what you signed up for, 2 horror icons fighting. I for one, love this kind of stuff…you should too!
