There's more stalking, more suspense and a lot more kills. Chucky basically wipes out everyone in Andy's world, other than Kyle, a fellow foster kid and sidekick. This was an awesome follow up to Child's Play. It not only gives you more of what you want to see in Chuck but fleshes out the story enough to fill in all the gaps. It also unleashes the Chucky we all know and love. He was a feisty little serial killing bastard in part 1, but his firecracker personality really lets loose in this one.
