Amityville Island looks like it was made for less than I spend on lunch at Taco Bell, and I say that without any hyperbole.
In this flick we get elements of the women in prison, nature run amok, and possession genres all mixed up and spat back out as a heady concoction that is as delicious as it is bad for you… you know, like a bowl of gas station chili..
Overall, Amityville Island is not as fun as I had hoped. I love cheap, cheesy, no budget horror comedies but this one is just all over the place.
