High School senior, Wally Banks is selling knives door to door, and gets trapped in a man's house with a dark secret and must escape before it's too late.

Knifecorp Reviews

"The plot is ridiculous, the characters are ridiculous and the script is plain silly. This is not to say the movie was bad, but it's beyond me how it's not listed as a comedy/horror, since that seemed to be the intent.

The acting was kind of mediocre, but some of that might be due to how exaggerated their characters were, like their dumb jock and wimpy kid characters were each dialed up to 100, with a mysterious foreigner being somewhere near 1000.

I may have a slight bias, since I almost became a knife salesman myself when I was younger, and the film did a good job at the start showing how silly it felt sitting in one of those rooms, hearing the promise of riches from selling miracle knives door-to-door.

As a horror alone, it was a failure, but as a comedy with a horror theme, it was at least moderately entertaining, keeping me interested enough to finish, and even laugh a few times along the way." - travispetrillo

"Watching this film, I realise why Kane Hodder never got speaking parts. Lame plot, terrible acting. How anybody dare compare to Fear Street is beyond me. You can see he tries to do Jason like kills but it just fails totally." - aharris69

"Whether you own a set of Cutco Knives, or can't resist a Kane Hodder movie, Knifecorp delivers some sharp blades, and even sharper jokes. If you take it too seriously, you might miss the point, but if you're looking to have fun watching a movie that pokes fun at the genre then, this quick-moving, gut busting, and gore spilling flick is right for you." - zorbag-28967

"This movie was awesome. It was well written and the actors were really good. The plot was amazing. You will certainly enjoy it and the twist throughout the movie and even towards the ending. The movie gets a 10/10 from me. This is a great 2021 movie and Kane Hodder is a great actor. He should be in more horror movies like this one here." - stunnerman

"I did not expect this, at all. It started out looking sort of cheap to be honest, not the best camera quality, but as the minutes went by, jokes, actual jokes, started to make their appearance. And believe it or not, I laughed and craved for more.

The humor here, for this sort of production, it really is top notch, up there with Housebound, or One-Eyed Monster, movies that are not afraid to blend in some good ol slice and dice with out of place jokes that just make everything better. Good kills, lovely acting, beautifully written script and one marvelous indie execution, made Knifecorp one of the best movies I've seen this year. It really is a pleasant surprise and I do recommend it for anyone that wants to have a good time.

Now don't get me wrong, it is certainly not a Fear Street sort of film, but you do have to take in consideration the budget, the possibilities it had, and if you do so, you will understand that the people involved in the making of Knifecorp really gave it their best and truly delivered something special.

All in all, great way to pass the time, I did not expect to be this entertained, but here I am, all smiles and good mood.

Cheers!"  - Patient444

Knifecorp will premiere on July 13, 2021.
